To enable weather station you must first do two things. 1 register as a member. 2 whem registration is complete, you must fill in profile. (MEMBERS = MY PROFILE=EDIT PROFILE) Where CITY is asked for you should put a place local to you which would have a active weather station. (i.e) if your on the coast somewhere that has a coast guard station.
